My background isn’t in marketing. It’s in banking.

Before starting DGBSA, I worked with multiple financial institutions across the Northeast, supporting small business owners and getting a close look at how their businesses actually operated. I spent a lot of time in the numbers, but what stood out most wasn’t just performance. It was where things were quietly being missed.

In most cases, it wasn’t a lack of skill or demand.

It was missed calls that never got returned, follow-ups that happened too late, or past customers who were never contacted again. Small things that don’t feel urgent in the moment, but over time have a real impact on revenue and growth.

Seeing that consistently is what led me in this direction.

I’ve always had a strong respect for business owners, especially in the trades. The hours are long, the work is demanding, and the responsibility sits on your shoulders every day. Being around that environment made me realize I was more interested in helping improve how businesses run behind the scenes than anything else.

Today, I focus on building simple, reliable systems that help contractors stay organized, responsive, and consistent without adding unnecessary complexity to their day.

I understand that trust in this industry is earned. Most of the business owners I work with take pride in their work and care about doing right by their customers. My role is to support that by making sure the operational side of the business is just as solid as the work being done in the field.
